i'm very sorry and embarrassed to have to inform everyone
that the OpenPOWER Foundation appears to have terminated
every single one of the Libre-SOC OPF External RFCs, without
any consultation or notice, even though all NLnet/EU-funded
bugreports covering and tracking each RFC are fully open and
active. https://bugs.libre-soc.org/show_bug.cgi?id=952

i have an outstanding request for clarification in case this is an oversight.
so far as of one week i have not received a response.

NLnet have been informed as this involves EU public funds
under NLnet Grant No 2022-08-051, under the NGI Assure
Horizon 2020 EU Programme Grant No 957073.
