indeed. there is no more to be said. the "stake in the ground"
has been placed, protecting Libre-SOC Members from further
abuse. Konstantinos' bugzilla account has been disabled,
the mailing list subscription placed into moderation,
and i will be forced to look at blocking "markos" on IRC
if he uses that resource without resolving the issues raised.

i know that. however i simply cannot leave abuse
"un-acknowledged" (even though honestly i do not expect a
further response, although also honestly i would very much
like and prefer a different, positive and engaging healthy
outcome), as leaving it gives the impression that violation
of the Charter, and harrassment in general, is acceptable
even if someone walks away from this project as they do so.

i expect everyone (including myself) to treat everyone
with respect, no matter their limitations, and for
peope to feel that it is safe to raise and discuss
issues. today was not such a day and i am unfortunately
obliged as the List Administrator and Project Coordinator,
legally responsible for the resources managed under the domain
named "libre-soc.org", to point that out, and to explain why.

as you probably guessed this is *not* a fun task (that i have
not had any formal training in), but it is a necessary one
and i am doing the best that i can, deeply unpleasant as it
is. i did not enjoy having to follow the same procedure
with Dmitry, either.
