I noticed more of what seems like the same discrepancy:
the nlnet web page says:
> 5. Equipment needed, such as FPGA boards and Ethernet PMODs
> € 1 700 available (out of € 4 000)

this looks incorrect, it should be EUR 400 (or EUR 0 after I submit my RFP
which I'm writing right now)
