annoying as it is, let's consider this done but qualified as R&D "lessons".
there is not enough EXT022 opcode space for so many instructions, when grevlut
and grevluti are so compelling. i have not yet been even able to fit *any*
of the GFP or GF2^N operations in, yet. i got clmul in, and gf2, none of
the 4-operand GFs. adding grevlut needs to be under a separate bugreport
with its own budget.
