If the vanilla as shows -mlibresoc option, this is very wrong: it means vanilla
as is overriden. Please post the output of `which -a as`.

What was the rationale for options? Why disable NLS? Why disable multilib?
Please also under no circumstances disable `-Werror` flag; if svp64 branch has
issues, this should be fixed in branch.
