yep.  sc.  mtmsr. mfmsr.  rfid. isync. these and similar will neverrrr
be Vectorised, more than that: the prefixing if ever attempted is required
to raise an illegal instruction trap.

that keeps to the RISC paradigm as applied to prefix-suffix.
