Whoa.  3 files changed, 686 insertions(+), 98 deletions(-), and I haven't yet
even replaced the original stuff. The progress can be checked at binutils
branch. This progress includes: 1) the new special CSV which maps bitsel to
other CSVs; 2) many changes and updates to power_enums (mostly new classes and
constructors); 3) power_insn.py module which implements PPCRecord, SVP64Record
and the class which combines these, plus the aforementioned Database class.
