also i believe i made it clear that pia needs to be removed as a dependency
and replaced with an equivalent in portable python.

the difficulty that dmitry is having, and its lack of portability
between versions unless compiled specifically for a particular
version of python, and the fact that an external compiler is needed
at all, and many other factors which i have outlined many times over
the past 4 months, means that pia has to be replaced.

it was an experiment that turned out to be a costly mistake.
the sooner it is replaced, the less time and NLnet funding will
be wasted on replacing something that is even larger.
