this is a misunderstanding, which i'm assuming by your later comments you
figured out...you should somehow mark/delete sections of your comment that you
know are incorrect before you click "send" so people don't have to waste a
bunch of time explaining something you already figured out.
The code creates *one* PartitionPoints based on an input elwidth signal/value.
