jean-paul i have some pad-directions which i am sorting out (litex errors)
and you can keep grabbing the latest soclayout whilst i sort that.

however the key question is: do you want a bigger ASIC to send as the
dry-run GDS-II test?  currently (commit cb8d46535056) the actual PowerISA
core is cut out, leaving only litex peripherals.  this means one 4k SRAM
@ 64bit wide which is what Staf agreed to design.
