    add a DIVS function as separate and discrete from floor_div
    likewise for MODS and MULS

this requires re-running pywriter.py - a small cheat is to open
all.py, save it, just run "pywriter.py fixedarith" then copy all.py
back again.  (decoder/isa/*.py)
