Yes. You have to set as your requiremnet.

So you are using subdomains by adding A records in DNS.
You can also use nginx reverse proxy so that
http://libre-riscv.org:8080/pi/libre-riscv-dev becomes some path as
http://libre-riscv.org:80/pi/libre-riscv-dev
