it'll be "what the compiler infrastructure installs things in" which of course
has changed between debian 9 and debian 10.

sigh.

the simplest thing to do, jean-paul, is just to have coriolisEnv.py add *both*.
 it really doesn't matter (as long as people clear out the install directory if
upgrading from debian 9 to debian 10)
