	Glad to have you as part of LibreSociety. I’m Yehowshua Immanuel. I’m looking at different avenues to incorporate LibreSOC so we can be directly investable from a VC standpoint and have been corresponding closely Luke. As I've mentioned before, we have a couple of interested VCs.

	I recently(just now) became aware that you have funding from Google to do a tapeout? How does this work? From Google’s standpoint, what benefit does LibreSOC offer them? Are they investing more in the concept of generic design cells, or in the idea of LibreSOC itself?
