I would argue with that, as a general principal. Still I use make, tired and crufty as it is--even on Common Lisp (they want you to use ASDF/UIOP with Quicklisp :) (Monty) Python is my "throw 'em to the lions" language ("What did the Romans ever do for us? Besides the roads, laws, and sewers, that is.") after JS. I can work with others, though, see my Github site (www.github.com/dev/null).
