in cmos/Makefile:

      NETLISTS = m65s\
                 dependent_module \
                 another_dependent_module


hmmm these will basically need to be "grep module part_sig_add.il"
and manually created, for now.

the next phase - not right now - i'd really like to see those created
from an automated command that grabs them directly from (any, given)
.il file

let's get "make lvx" working first though.
