hi folks,

i'm losing track of the status of RFPs, so i'm going to suggest
creating user-pages with a section that includes:

* what we're working on
* which bugnumbers that is
* when they're completed
* when they've been submitted
* when they've been paid

this will be helpful for everyone, i feel, and also allow us to coordinate.
