Yeah, the mailing list is a good place to ask (though you should start a
new thread next time, to avoid getting too off-topic).

To start a new thread, just send a new email (that's not a reply) to
libre-riscv-dev at lists.libre-riscv.org with the subject line set to whatever
topic name you want to use.

You can also just change the subject field to a new one when replying (what
I did here), though not everyone will see that as a new thread, I think it
depends on their email program.
