For dynamic LD/ST-Swizzle, R-Type would give 3 operands, src2 could be used as
a dynamic swizzle specifier, particularly if vectorised and set to 8bit it will
pack very efficiently.  The rest would be just like standard LD/ST where funct7
could be the (truncated) immediate.
