 ah excellent - can you raise a bugreport specifically for that,
remember to add it as a 2019.02 NLnet milestone, set it as "blocking",
and then set its status to the (new) "PAYMENTPENDING"?  this is a
post-"RESOLVED" status.  we'll work out whether that should be moved
to after "VERIFIED" later.

 yes agreed.  can you do a split-out of a separate bugreport for the
pipelined version, split the budget as well to a reasonable amount if
you believe that's appropriate.
