hi folks,

i got the MoU from NLnet, signed and sent it back, waiting to hear if
that's ok.  michiel put the batch of 22 kazan tasks down as EUR $1000
each.  he also suggested having one other separate project, so that there's
something to split across.

ah i just remembered, each project has to be headed by someone from
Europe.  i might have a couple of ideas, there.
