[libre-riscv-dev] looking to get in touch with Atif Zafar and Grant Jennings regarding the RISC-V 3D Custom Extension presented at SIGGRAPH2019

just had a fantastic conversation with Atif, he explained that he is
looking to set up a Libre/Open GPU Alliance, he had over *50* people
at the SIGGRAPH BoF, people with non-standard innovative algorithms
that run extremely inefficiently on "proprietary" hardware, and they
love the flexibility that would go with a truly open GPU initiative.

very very cool, will speak again with him next week.
