daniel, by examining the gtkwave output i managed to randomly actually
trigger a dtlb "miss" that made the FSM do a lookup on LVL1 (w00t!).
itlb "miss" i also succeeded with however removed it kinda by mistake.
it was late.

further page-walking (LVL2/3) i've not managed to trigger yet, there's
special flags that may need to be set.
